No! The chapter is open for all to join. Even if you do not write interracial, multicultural or are not an underrepresented author, if you are willing and able to help support authors that fall into those categories, we welcome you!
The dues are $35.00 for the initial registration, $25.00 for renewal. The membership period is one year, starting from the date of registration.
